Log in via browser to connect a server

`--base-url`	string	—	Web origin override (default: https://start.chat)
`--zero-url`	string	—	Sync origin override for `--key`

For a self-hosted browser login, pass its web origin with --base-url. The server returns and stores both its web and sync origins with the API key.

When importing a key directly for a custom web origin, --zero-url is required so the CLI cannot silently connect that key to the hosted sync service:
