Get help with the hosted start.chat service, your account, safety reports, and questions about the software.
Email support@start.chat for sign-in trouble, billing questions, bugs, and feature requests. Include the page or app you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Never send a password, API key, recovery code, or other secret.
Report service abuse to abuse@start.chat. Send privacy requests to privacy@start.chat and legal questions to legal@start.chat. For a suspected security vulnerability, email support with “Security” in the subject and do not post details in a public channel.
