This policy sets forth rules for using start.chat and related services (“Service”) provided by Tamagui, LLC.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for lawful purposes that comply with these guidelines:
- Communicate and collaborate with teams
- Share files and media within appropriate channels
- Build and deploy apps through our platform
- Use the API within documented rate limits and guidelines
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Abuse and Harassment
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Send unsolicited messages or spam
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Stalk or make threats of violence
Harmful Content
- Share malware, viruses, or destructive code
- Distribute illegal content
- Post content that exploits minors
- Share non-consensual intimate imagery
Platform Abuse
- Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Scrape or collect user data without consent
- Interfere with the service’s operation or infrastructure
- Use automated tools to create accounts or send messages in bulk
Commercial Misuse
- Resell access to the service without authorization
- Use the service for illegal gambling, fraud, or money laundering
- Conduct unauthorized commercial solicitation
Apps and Integrations
If you build apps or integrations:
- Follow our API documentation and guidelines
- Respect rate limits and usage quotas
- Don’t collect user data beyond what’s needed for your app’s function
- Clearly disclose what data your app accesses
- Keep user data secure
Enforcement
We may take action against violations including:
- Warning the account holder
- Removing content that violates this policy
- Temporarily suspending account access
- Permanently terminating accounts for severe or repeated violations
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
We aim to enforce proportionally and will generally warn before taking permanent action, except for severe violations.
Reporting
If you encounter violations of this policy, report them to abuse@start.chat.
Changes
We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
